RETURN POLICY
Due to the very small profit that we make on each transaction,
our return/exchange policy has to be pretty strict. All returns must be made within 14 days of the time you receive your order. We hope you
understand.
First of all, be very sure about the size you are ordering. Not
all golf shoes fit the same. Most brands are a little different from
other brands. The best thing to do if you are not sure is to find a way
to try the shoes on somewhere before you order from us.
We cannot refund shipping in either direction for shoes that are
returned or exchanged for something that is not our fault. So if you
order the wrong size, for example, we do not cover the cost of shipping
the shoes back to us and we do not refund the cost of shipping on your
order. If you want to exchange a pair of shoes, you will have to pay to
ship the original pair back to us and then pay to have the second pair
shipped to you. We know this can get costly, but it allows us to sell
our products at a very low price. You just have to be sure that you are
ordering exactly what you need.
Of course, if we make a mistake in any way with your purchase we will cover all cost in correcting the problem.
(We only ship to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. If you are
